Dr. Carsten Borchers is a Member of the Board of Management at E.ON Hydrogen GmbH, responsible for global projects. Prior to that he was preparing E.ON for the future energy world as Vice President, Energy Networks Strategy, which included strategic steering of topics such as hydrogen, digitalization and new business models. Before joining E.ON, Carsten led a US based subsidiary of DNV, which provided grid management software to 250+ leading utilities. He started his career at The Boston Consulting Group. Carsten holds a diploma in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich and a PhD in Economics.
